Usually between 3-10 days, depending on the amount of orders and products. 

If the product is damaged from our end or the product is wrong you are entitled to a free return, minus shipping costs. If you change your mind and want to return the product, the product must be returned unopened within 14-days at your own expense. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us. In the case of the recipient not collecting the package and it is returned to us, we will notify you, but any new shipping cost will have to be covered by the buyer, as we cant take responsibility for not collecting the package.

To change your shipping address go to My Account – Addresses – Edit Shipping Address

Tracking numbers are not sent out automatically. If you would like a tracking number, please send an email to john@frammuseum.no.

We can ship worldwide. If your country does not show up, please get in touch with us using the contact form. 

Usually, yes. Items will be shipped in separate packages only if the products is in a big tube or if the amount of products on the order are too many for one package. We try to notify the customer before sending when this is the case. 

This is possible for Norwegian adresses. Then you can choose the “pick up at the Fram Museum” option. You can then pick up your order when you have received an email from john@frammuseum.no that it is ready. Your order can be picked up during the museums opening hours. If the option is not available for you, you are welcome to contact us before your visit to set aside products.
