Terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions for tour operators with voucher agreement (“partner”)
- We accept payment by voucher, most cards or cash.
- We offer the same price regardless of group size.
- Booking can be done online with our B2B link. Then a physical voucher is replaced with a QR code.
- Advance booking is not required for group entrance with physical voucher. However, please inform us if groups of 100 people or more are arriving at the same time.
- No cancellation fees apply.
- We appreciate receiving your seasonal schedule with expected dates and group sizes.
- Individual booking confirmations or adjustments are not necessary. The correct number of visitors will be recorded upon arrival (both online booking and arrival with voucher). Tour operators/tour leaders must read the information in our ticket confirmation carefully, as it helps us with the logistics on arrival at the reception.
- You are welcome to use your own guide in the museum.

Vouchers must be delivered for registration in our reception. Please include the following information:
- Your ref. code/number and/or tour name/ship
- Tour operator logo
- Tour operator postal address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company reg. number / VAT number
- Date of visit
- Name of guide/tour leader
- Number of guests and number of guides/tour leaders

QR code must be shown for registration in our reception. Please correct the number of pax if needed.

FAQ
Do tour operators need to sign any agreement with the museum before the first visit?
No, you do not need to sign any agreement as we do not operate with a contract system, but you do need to be registered in our database. Also, to receive the tour operator price, we ask that you provide a voucher upon arrival regardless of your chosen payment method.
Will we receive a confirmation number?
No, as we do not operate with a contract system, we will not send a confirmation number, but simply a short confirmation per email.
When paying with a voucher, when is the payment deadline?
14 days.
When will you send the invoice?
The invoice is sent after the visit.
Will you provide a voucher for us?
The voucher is a document that you create on your own. It needs to include: company logo, postal address, phone number, company registration number, your ref. code/number and/or tour name/ship, group size, name of guide and date of visit, and any other information that you require on the invoice.
