Her er menyen fra forrige helgs Amundsen Minneforelesninger. Middagen var en gjenskapning av en middag fra 1896 til ære for Fridtjof Nansen. De samme talene ble holdt (av frivillige blandt gjestene), den samme musikken fremført og den samme maten og tilsvarende viner servert.
